Well I for one, will be interested to here about the progress, cos I do like DIY.

Mike despairs at me sometimes, because I have all these wonderful ideas of how to Improve The House, and walk about measuring rooms and things. :S

I'm glad your mum has some sense re: the round bowls, so impractical - they look nice I'll grant you but apart from that they're crap :D

I don't like swan knecked taps either - sorry Mr Bag but your choices suck :D pmsl

I'll look forward to seeing the pics though :)

:Pwell at least things are moving they came round this morning to tell us the kitchen will come to £2,800 and they will be starting work in the next two weeks

 

:shock:as of yet we dont know the cost for the work just the kitchen itself

well they finished for the day at 3.15 and they are back in the morning at 8.15

 

the ceiling is off they have done a lot of work already so good to be started

 

:confused:all together wait for it with the kitchen being £2,800 top of the range oak the labour costs and all the work it comes to wait for this £9,500

 

gulp we all went a bit pale  at that quote
