Lost for me, even though it moves a bit slower. I've seen the first series of 24 though and it's amazing -starts saving for the box set of all of the 24 series'-

24. Reasons for Lost: It's newer. The cast is better looking (at least, the female cast is that I've noticed  ). It's odder than an oddball wandering strangely in a funny farm. It's addictive as hell. It's fantastic. Plus, did I mention the cast was better looking? I mean it has Evangeline Lilly for a start. And, as the recapper on the site I frequent mentioned, she does look a lot like Kate Beckinsale. Ahem. Back on topic I need to know what's in the hatch...but...Reasons for 24: I've watched it religiously since the start of series 2 (and watched most of S1 in one weekend on DVD ). It has Kiefer Sutherland, who's just ace. It also has Mary Lynn Rajskub, who is also ace and is Teh Geek!! The real time thing is still fantastic even 5 series in. Jack kills about 3000 people single handedly every series, which is cool (he's a good guy, it's allowed.) Plus, the line "I'm gonna need a hacksaw." Even out of context, that's cool Plus, the first 15 minutes of series 5 are possibly the best 15 minutes in the history of all television since the dawn of time. OK some of this may be exaggarated, but I'm a 24-holic.So 24 wins. At a canter

Although, easily the most dramatic thing on TV thus far this year is Deal or No Deal on C4. Jeez. Tension or what. I'm sad. I know

Maybe. But I haven't seen it yet. Given the last four series though, what happens right at the start of this one is just mindblowingly awesomely good And Yosh - that line is my favourite of them all for obvious reasons

ok, so thanks to you three madduns I've just ordered series 1 and 2 of 24 So, I checks the price on Amazon, Series 1 = £24.99 Woolworths, Series 1 = £40.99 Play.com, Series 1 = £16.99 so does Series 2, so I've just gone back to maybe order the other series (which were all the same price) and within the space of an hour the cheeky beggers have put the prices up  - oh well, at least I'll be able to watch the first 2 series knowing that I've purchased a bargain
